The largest solar power plant is to be built in Ghana. This will be built by a British company. The question in my mind is ‘ is this a way to tackle climate change or not?

Is global warming and climate change the same? Do they have the same meanings? I sometimes confuse the two of them to be the same. On reading about them, i found out that global warming simply means that some parts of the world will experience erratic climate changes due to human activities. Watch the following video.
